It does, and it's good.
I've been using Eternal-September for a long while and have added aioe
in parallel. aioe seems to be a clone of ES, same groups, same speed.
It is good to have two free news servers, if one goes down there's a
back up.

there are actually two aioe servers:
news.aioe.org and nntp.aioe.org
Both work.
